Shady operation!!! Would not recommend. Bought a clipp coupon for an oil change. They keep giving the run around every time I try to use it. I feel like its a scam. They took my money and now won't provide the service.

I think this was the most unprofessional place I have been to. I didn’t receive any call to update me about my car being done. I had reached out at 4:11 pm to see what was going on. Cam had let me know my car was just about done. I said great I’ll be on my way it’s about a 30 min drive from me ( during rush hour) which I had mentioned when dropping my car off. He knew I was on my way. I got there at 5:00 pm, cam was talking to another customer when I arrived , I walked up and he proceeded to tell me I couldn’t get my car because it was past 5 , he did not let me know that prior on the phone call. I had already pre paid with the coupon online for the services. He said I still owed $3 and some change and I would have to come back the following day, and he got into his car and drove off. I was told my car would be done same day & they didn’t even do everything I asked to be done. I feel like i was disrespected and brushed off & then inconvenienced to find a ride there and back multiple times when it was unnecessary. Due to them not helping me with my transmission oil I have brought it to another shop & they told me they left my intake hose undone , just sitting there , as if they were

Bob is a con man. He kept my car there for a month, lied and said my insurance wasn’t responding to him. I called almost every single day. Come to find out he was not responding to my insurance. While the car was there he charged me for a completely different service. I filed a complaint with consumer affairs and he then decided to keep the money my insurance had given him to complete the job without completing the job. Now I have to take him to small claims. Do not trust him. My first interaction with him a few years ago was great so I felt confident to take my car back the next time I needed work done. He stole the money and tried to claim it was for storage fees for the the month it was left up there, when it was left there because he had forgotten about my car which he admitted to me the second week when I kept calling and hadn’t heard anything. Do not trust him.

Went to Sparks for a pre-purchase inspection on my 2019 BMW X3 that I recently bought from CarMax. Bob, the owner, was awesome — he took the time to explain everything in detail and even showed me exactly what was going on with the brake pads and rotors. The demo really helped me understand what needed attention. The inspection was super thorough and honest, and I left feeling confident about my car. Definitely recommend Sparks Auto Shop if you’re looking for a place that’s knowledgeable, transparent, and takes the time to help you understand your vehicle.

I cannot BEGIN to explain my disappointment! Not only did I discover this particular location has NO corporate office to forward complaints, they have also been DISBANDED yet, continue to use the name! On my last visit, they attempted to send me home WITHOUT BLEEDING MY BREAKS after a rear break job! I asked the mechanic, "Isn't bleeding the breaks part of the brake service?" His response, "I just do what Bob marks down on the paper." So, as a LICENSED mechanic, he didn't feel the need to address management and DOUBLE CHECK?! They'd rather RUSH me out the door since it was closing time and risk my LIFE without completing the work?! Not to mention, the brake fluid dripped all over my rims since they didn't bother to clean off properly. Since my last visit, I've had 3 diagnostics completed on my car by credible automotive professionals. YES, I SAID 3! 1 of those being an actual Audi dealership. The results found my struts were NOT leaking as Bob quoted and only showed signs of "normal wear, no signs of leakage". Oddly enough, the results showed basic manufacturer maintenance items that were important. They "supposedly" replaced my subframe bushings Nov. 2023. 1 report noted in Aug.
